At the market last week, I saw brussels sprouts for the first time this fall and knew I had to plan a meal around them. So, I pulled a peppercorn marinated pork tenderloin from the freezer and whipped up some mashed potatoes. I prepared the brussels sprouts with a brown sugar glazed and walnuts.
I don’t think I ate any brussels sprouts growing up. I discovered them at my in-law’s house a couple years ago and love them! Call me crazy, huh?
